PLUREA is pan_mundial's emerging digital learning platform for professional depth, personal reflection and transfer into everyday practice. It begins with the course «Neurodivergente Lernräume gestalten» (Designing neurodivergent learning spaces) — for people who want to make learning more accessible and more diverse. The course is held in German.
The idea
PLUREA combines professional depth with reflection and concrete practical work. Learning should help people understand different needs, examine their own stance and develop options for everyday professional life. Further courses are to come together under the same roof later on.
The view of neurodivergence is resource-oriented and respectful — neither told as a deficit nor romanticised as a special gift. It is about learning spaces with room for different ways of perceiving, thinking, communicating and learning.
The first course
The course addresses people in school and educational settings — teachers, educational professionals and everyone helping to shape learning offers or school development. It is held in German.
The course concept comprises eight learning fields with 24 chapters and envisages around 120 learning hours — study, casework as well as practice and transfer assignments. It includes handouts, practice sheets, case workshops and knowledge checks.

Where PLUREA stands
The platform's technical foundation is online. Registration with e-mail confirmation, sign-in and password reset have been tested successfully. Personal area, course overview, chapter views, profile functions and basic learning-progress management are in place.
The complete learning flow and the permanent storage of personal settings and progress have not yet been conclusively verified. The course content is going through a quality and review phase.
Portfolio and material library are laid out as areas but not yet fully built.
