Elias — three worlds, one signature
Social work professional with a commercial background and over three years in vocational integration. I built a blended learning platform for job seekers and worked in asylum coordination. On the side I develop apps, advise on AI tools and create culinary concepts.
What connects it all: I understand social organisations and people in difficult life situations — not theoretically, but from daily practice. In the kitchen I bring the same structure and creativity as when coding.

I have no technical background — can I still work with you?
Yes, absolutely. I often work with people and organisations who bring no technical know-how — associations, small businesses, social institutions. My job is to make the complicated understandable, not to overwhelm you with jargon. We start where you are.
What does a website or app cost approximately?
It depends a lot on scope. As rough orientation: a simple one-page site starts in the low four-digit range, a more extensive multilingual site is higher. App projects range, depending on complexity, from an MVP to a fully built-out application.
In the first conversation — free and without commitment — we look together at what makes sense and what fits the budget. I prefer giving an honest estimate over an unrealistic one.
How long does a project take?
A smaller website around 4–6 weeks, a more extensive site 2–3 months. App projects usually start at 3 months and can take longer depending on feature scope. Consulting or workshop engagements are tailored to your needs — from a single day to several months of support.
Are you available on the side or full-time?
I currently run pan_mundial alongside a position in vocational integration. This means: I take on only projects for which I have enough time and attention. We discuss the capacity question honestly in the first conversation — if I'm not the right partner for your pace, I'll say so.
Which languages do you work in?
German (native), English (fluent) and Spanish (very good). Multilingual websites I build from the ground up in all three languages — no retrofitted translations, but clean i18n structures like on this site.
What is the first conversation?
A 30–45-minute conversation, free and without commitment. Via video, phone or in person in Basel. We look at whether the idea fits, whether we want to work together and what a realistic next step might be. Not a sales pitch — an honest assessment.
